The classes listed below require the company to be trained and become a certified & licensed affiliate. All products used are FAA approved as well as the procedures taught.

Line Maintenance Training

This is a 2 day class usually followed by: on the job site training. This course focuses on issues that can be resolved on board an aircraft in a quick efficient manner.

  • Proper Cleaning techniques for various substrates
  • Ink and Stain removal for leather, ultra-leather and other faux leathers
  • Rectification of cuts, abrasions and small holes
  • Color enhancement that allows restoring color to worn parts quickly and efficiently

Aviation Leather Maintenance and Restoration [Work Shop Training]

All inclusive class offered to aviation service companies and new ventures to develop a new profit center in maintaining interiors of aviation leathers and Faux Leathers while maintaining airworthiness standards. This is a 5 day classroom training and can also include on the job training.

  • Proper Cleaning techniques for various substrates
  • Ink and Stain removal for leather, ultraleather and other faux leathers
  • Rectification of cuts, abrasions and small holes
  • Color enhancement that allows restoring color to worn parts quickly and efficiently
  • Full restoration of interior components to the original color
  • Color Change of Leather Surfaces
